			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today was my weigh in and I have lost 3 MORE POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!  That is a total of 11lbs for 3 weeks.  It gets even better.  I WON the <a class="zem_slink" title="Herbal slimming pills, natural and safe?" href="http://www.justslimming.com/slimming-products/herbal-slimming-pills-natural-and-safe/" rel="justslimming">weight loss</a> challenge at work.  I am now $160 dollars richer and officially 11lbs lighter.  It has been a great week- overall.  Busy at work -of course- 2 chiropractor visits (neck pain still) and 1 <a class="zem_slink" title="Yoga" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoga" rel="wikipedia">Yoga class</a>.  The Wonderslim products have been great.  I have really liked most everything that I have tried.  I order from DietDirect and usually there is no shipping.  I&#8217;m going to keep on the program and continue my weight loss journey.  My favorite products have been the chocolate shake, strawberry shake, the fudge/graham <a class="zem_slink" title="Meal replacement" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meal_replacement" rel="wikipedia">meal replacement</a> bar, and the <a class="zem_slink" title="Chicken Soup" href="http://www.williams-sonoma.com/recipe/chicken-soup.html" rel="williamssonoma">chicken noodle soup</a>.  I was not the biggest fan of the hot chocolate or cappuccino.  I know what you are wondering what about the <a class="zem_slink" title="what is the difference between light moderate and vigorous exercise" href="http://www.everydayhealth.com/fitness/basics/difference-between-exercise-and-physical-activity.aspx" rel="everydayhealth">exercise</a>?  Well- I&#8217;m getting there.  So far the Yoga weekly has been my only exercise but I&#8217;m determined to change that.  Hopefully after the holidays life will calm down a little and I can focus on exercise.  I guess the Holidays are my excuse for now.  Always an excuse on that one.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well I had a 3 day weekend.  I had Monday off which was nice but it&#8217;s really really hard to diet on the weekends.  I do better when I&#8217;m at work.  My <a class="zem_slink" title="Calorie Count" href="http://caloriecount.about.com/" rel="homepage">calorie count</a> went up over the weekend.  Saturday and Sunday was around 1400 <a class="zem_slink" title="calorie counter" href="http://www.everydayhealth.com/calorie-counter.aspx" rel="everydayhealth">calories</a> and Monday was much worse at 1600.  Too much eating out.  It totally sucks because this coming Friday is the final weigh in for the <a class="zem_slink" title="Herbal slimming pills, natural and safe?" href="http://www.justslimming.com/slimming-products/herbal-slimming-pills-natural-and-safe/" rel="justslimming">weight loss</a> challenge.  So I only have 3 more days to pull it off.  Of course I didn&#8217;t exercise at all over the weekend.  I wish there were a pill to take that would make me want to exercise.</p>
<p>Monday I was just hungry all day.  I ate mostly <a class="zem_slink" title="Diet food" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diet_food" rel="wikipedia">diet foods</a> but then I ate too much of it.  I mean how can you lose weight by dipping Protein Pretzels into spinach dip.  Bad Bad&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..</p>
<p>How does everyone else handle the weekends and dieting?  Any suggestions on how to get motivated to exercise???????</p>

The weigh in today was 179.4.  I lost 2 pounds this week.  I am so happy.  I couldn&#8217;t wait to get on the scale this morning.  I tossed and turned last night anticipating the weigh in.  Also, I was SORE from yoga.  For week three my goal has got to be exercise.  I need to push forward.  I&#8217;m such a lazy exerciser&#8230;.. as soon as I start having discomfort or pain then I&#8217;m done.  I don&#8217;t want to do that this week.  I am planning to work on the Yoga poses and walk on the treadmill.  Any other suggestions???  I&#8217;ve never really found any exercise that I found fun.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Tomorrow is weigh in and I&#8217;m trying to stay focused on that.  The bad is I gave in last night and ate one of the sugar free brownies I made for the bake sale today.  The good is I didn&#8217;t eat anything from the bake sale today and I went to Yoga tonight.  My calories and water intake are right on target today.  I&#8217;m right at 1000 calories but I&#8217;m about 3 grams short on protein.  I really don&#8217;t know what I can eat with only a few calories and 3 grams of protein.  Any suggestions????   The weight loss competition ends at work on 12/16 but I intend to keep going.  I like to read the blogs about wonderslim on 3 Fat Chicks it helps keep me focused.  I&#8217;ve already accepted my weight loss tomorrow will be much lower than last week but I&#8217;m really really really hoping for 2 pounds.  Yoga tonight was certainly a step up from last week.  I feel like jello right now but a good jello.  Work is stressful but I&#8217;m not stress eating.  Some days I don&#8217;t know how I&#8217;m doing it.  One more day then I will have a 3 day weekend.  It&#8217;s about time for Christmas shopping!!!!!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As I continue on my Wonderslim diet, I continue to try keep my calories under 1200.  So far- so good.  It&#8217;s harder when I&#8217;m stressed.  Today was a very busy day at work.  Then after work I had to help Rick with a rental unit.  Then dinner with the in-laws. (didn&#8217;t get to each much there they had spaghetti.)  After that I realized our Lab, Yogi, was gone off of his lead.  There was no since looking in the dark since he had his tag on.  (I&#8217;m really thinking about one of those wireless invisible fences)  Unfortunately for me we are having a Bake Sale at work tomorrow and I signed up to bake brownies.  I can smell them right now.  They are out of the oven and cooling.  They are sugar free&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. but still too many carbs and my weigh in is on Friday.</p>
<p>Anyway, turns out the dog ran all the way to the hospital.  I went and got him and it was pretty obvious he had gotten into the neighbors pig pen.  He smelled like pig crap!!  Into the shower for him!!!</p>
<p>Now finally a break- watching the X-Factor.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Over the last 3 days I have had a pulled muscle in my neck.  I guess that is what it is?? I have no idea what I did.  But it turns out when I&#8217;m in pain I don&#8217;t get hungry.  I  had to force myself to eat lunch today.  I didn&#8217;t even want to cook tonight- Luckily Rick decided to take me out.  Last night I added up my calories for yesterday and it was right at 900.  That isn&#8217;t enough- I know.  I didn&#8217;t even realize it until I was laying in bed calculating my calories for the day.  At that point it was too late to do anything about it.</p>
<p>Luckily, I went to a great chiropractor today and I&#8217;m on the mend.   Taking it easy tonight.  Yes, as  you may have guessed, no exercise today.</p>
<p>Stayed on the program today.  We went out for Japanese tonight.  I had shrimp and scallops with broccoli and carrots.  NO rice for me.  I got that in a takeout box (didn&#8217;t even let them put it on my plate).  Rick can take it for lunch this week.</p>

<p>I won&#8217;t bore you with the same old crap.  So how about this for rule number 1 ?????</p>
<p>WOMAN CAN&#8217;T EAT LIKE MEN.</p>
<p>Your plate can&#8217;t look like theirs, your portions can&#8217;t be the same, you can&#8217;t have second helpings with them.  It just doesn&#8217;t work.  I think that&#8217;s how we gain weight when we get married.  We make our plate look like our man&#8217;s plate.  Then&#8212;- we wonder why we gain weight.  Men, are simply, more muscle than women.  There is no since in complaining about it or wondering about it or trying to &#8216;fix it&#8217;.  (Women always want to fix everything- especially me)  It IS what it IS.  So I will use a smaller plate, order smaller meals, and not accept when he says do you want more&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</p>

<p>I weighed in this morning and I have lost 6 pounds.  My weight today was 181.4.  I&#8217;m soooooo happy.  I can&#8217;t stop smiling.  Yes- I know what you are thinking&#8230;&#8230;. some of that was water weight and that&#8217;s ok with me because it has gotten me motivated to continue.</p>
<p>PLUS- I went to Yoga last night.  The first time I have ever been to any time of organized group class.  I had a great time.  I was so nervous and anxious before I got there.  I worry about stupid stuff- where do I park, which door do I go in, how will I know which room to go to, will there be signs.  Anyway- it worked out- I just followed someone else in (she had a Yoga mat so I knew I was heading in the right direction).    The result:  I had a FANTASTIC TIME.  It was relaxing and fun.  I was able to do it and participate.  I always think I am the most inflexible person ever.   And I am pretty inflexible physically- but I was able to participate and I stretched, and relaxed, and meditated.  It was wonderful.   Yes- I know it is not cardio- but it&#8217;s a start.</p>
<p>PS- did I mention that we are having a Biggest Loser competition at my work.  The final weigh in for that is 12/16/11</p>
